"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two dishwashers, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for eighteen guests, a sitting room with TV, a second-floor sitting room and two second-floor games rooms. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, three king-size, two twins, and two rooms with child-sized beds, some with en-suites, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a gravelled area, patio, day kennels, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles a pub and within 2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved small dogs are welcomed (please notify us in advance, pre-booking required) but sorry, no smoking or vaping. WiFi, fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Teifi Villa as an impressive abode, perfect for a family escape to Mid Wales. This property welcomes family celebrations / multigeneration stays, with a variety of rooms to accommodate all. Note: No hen/stag parties or similar. Note: On arrival at the property, there will be an agreement to sign that you have understood the use of the hot tub and quiet time, the hot tub is on sleep mode from 9pm until 8am. Note: Guests will need to bring their own towels for use at the hot tub. Note: The property is in a residential area and we would respectfully ask you to keep to the quiet time of 9:30 pm to 8am. Note: The property does have CCTV in operation- only on the exterior of the property. Please note: There is a -ú25 pet supplement. "
