"The living areas in the first-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two people, and a sitting area with a TV and an electric fire. There is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a rear patio with furniture. Within 0.7 miles, you will locate a shop, and within 0.6, a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A romantic getaway awaits at The Hayloft. Note: This property is reached by a set of external stairs, please take care. Note: There is a welcome pack containing shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
