We are close to shops, restaurants and of course the theme parks. The beautiful gulf coast beaches are only 90 minutes away along interstate 4. Southern Dunes is a PGA Golf course and boasts a wonderful clubhouse and bar. The Villa - Luxury resort accommodation with private pool and Lake views The brand new property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story luxury villa decorated and furnished to the very highest standards. It has its own private south-west facing swimming pool and is built on a premium lot which backs onto a lake. The poolside is equipped with furniture and loungers for your enjoyment. The lounge dining area and kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings to give a very light and airy feel. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. *** Free wireless broadband internet access included*** LOUNGE The lounge has a sofa which converts into another double bed. It is beautifully furnished and has a CD/radio and a cable TV entertainment centre with PlayStation 2 and DVD for your enjoyment. There is a telephone with free local calls. DINING AREA The dining are has a large dining table and six chairs. The patio door opens up onto the pool area. This is a very comfortable place to sit and eat your meals. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and much more. There is a generous pantry for food storage. MASTER The master suite has a King size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This is a lovely room at the back of the house, with a sliding doorway leading out to the pool and the lake view. DOUBLE BEDROOM Here we have a Queen size bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. TWIN BEDROOM The twin room is beautifully furnished with twin beds and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space. SECOND BATHROOM There is a well equipped second bathroom with shower for the additional two bedrooms. POOL AREA Our pool is southwest facing so gets the sun all day, it is screened and overlooks a beautiful conservation lake and therefore is very private. Pool heating is available at an optional extra charge of $150 (£85) per week. This is recommended from October through March. GARAGE WITH POOL TABLE AND LAUNDRY ROOM The garage contains a pool table in case you need a break from the sun and the pool! There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience together with iron and ironing board. TOWELS AND LINENS All linens, blankets and towels are provided freshly laundered.
