"Pentreath has; a woodburning stove/pizza oven. Sitting room with woodburner. King-size bedroom with en-suite shower, double with en-suite basin and WC, a king-size, a bunk room with additional single, bathroom, and ground-floor shower room. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart TVs, books, games, toys and DVDs. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, parking in nearby public car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, linen, towels, highchair and travel cot included. No stag, hen or similar parties. This house is decorated for Christmas. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow. Note: the top bunk is only suitable for children. Note: this property does not accept Saturday or Sunday check ins. Note: Between June and September there is a minimum 4 night stay. Please ensure you put your rubbish in black bin bags and place outside the front door by 10am on the day of departure, not doing so will unfortunately lead to a -ú28 fine"
