Villa Calangute as its name suggests is a Villa in Calangute, it is ideally located on Holiday Street which is the beach road leading the Calangute beach, yes that is right the beach is 2 minutes walk away. We are proud to announce that Villa Calangute are the winners of Trip Advisor's 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 award for Top Vacation Rentals in Calangute Goa. We are a team of UK and Indian owners and have amalgamated our experience and expertise and produced a wonderful holiday homes finished to western standards. Our team is always on hand to help and advise on all matters – from trips and excursions/ where to buy things/ medical or anything that needs dealing with! What do we offer? Villa Calangute Phase 1 is a private, spacious, self catered, luxury 4 bedroom property set in the heart of Calangute. The villa is situated within a fully landscaped private garden and is only 2 minutes walk from the Calangute beach. Please note that we can cater up to 12 people by providing 2 king size beds, 4 single beds and up to 4 extra mattresses. 1-8 People - Access to 4 AC bedrooms 9 People - Access to 4 AC bedrooms + 1 mattress 10 People - Access to 4 AC bedrooms + 2 mattresses 11 People - Access to 4 AC bedrooms + 3 mattresses 12 People - Access to 4 AC bedrooms + 4 mattresses PLEASE NOTE :Phase 1 has a private swimming pool but as of 1st JULY 2016 the swimming pool will be shared with PHASE 2 villa - 6BHK VILLA which is currently under renovation. Sleeps up to 12 people and is ideal for larger families or groups. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a hospital is located within walking distance. Stylish and spotless our rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures. Four Bedrooms- all the bedrooms have elegant French windows which lead to a large balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating where you can sit down and soak in the sea breeze. The blue bedroom and pink bedroom both have a king size bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and table lamp. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds. The master blue bedroom has an extra open terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. Three Bathrooms- each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has a bathroom just next to the bedroom. The green and red bedroom have a common bathroom. Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living Room- situated on the ground floor and opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden. Seating is provided on the front porch. The living room has a L shaped sofa and a coffee table. Television with cable, books, board games and magazines are also provided. Dining Room- The dining room has a table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in or ask the Villa Calangute Staff to cook you some authentic Goan dishes. Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. There is space in the garden to have a BBQ. The hammocks in the garden will allow you to let go and unwind. Other Facilities Provided: – Iron with ironing board. – Hair dryer. – Clothes Rack to dry your clothes. House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area. Villa Calangute’s guests will have access to a swimming pool. Please note that we have a tie up with a third party resort for swimming pool access. The resort is located opposite our villa and charges INR 200 per person per day. What does the welcome package include? Please note that our welcome package is FREE, it is just our way to welcome you to our holiday home and make the transition that bit easier. Our welcome grocery pack is designed to provide basic necessities and sufficient food for a light snack. Included are items such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, bottled water,, milk, drinks, butter, bread, toilet rolls and washing up liquid.
