"Mulberry Cabin On The Lake consists of an open-plan layout including a kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, a dining area, and a sitting area with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear decking with furniture and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop on site, with larger shop 1.1 miles, pub 1.6 miles, lake 0.1 miles. On- site laundry facilities available and clubhouse. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mulberry Cabin On The Lake is a beautiful lakeside lodge for a romantic getaway. Note: There are steps down to the property. Note: An allowance of -ú10 per day will be entered into the electricity meter for your stay in the cabin; if any more is required, the electricity cards can be purchased from reception, the site shop, clubhouse or Texaco garage, at your own cost; all details are in the welcome pack.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
