This lovely detached 4 bedroom villa to rent in Callao Salvaje benefits from a private heated pool and WIFI too. Furnished stylishly and with upmarket furniture, guests will feel particularly comfortable in the villa. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge / diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and a dining table and chairs that seats 8. This room also has satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Channel 4 and channel 5 plus 2 sports channels, a hi fi, dvd and an ipod docking station. From the lounge o2 sets of patio doors lead onto the large terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. The main and 2nd bedrooms consists of a double bed and both have an en suite bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. There is also another shower room. There is a safe in the villa for you private use. WIFI access is available upon request at additional £20 per week, please prebook. This villa also includes pool/beach towels, hairdryer and a cool box for those visits to the beach The 7.5 x 3.5 metre private heated pool has stylish roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a large terrace with 8 sunbeds with mattresses. If shade is required there is a large pergola with table and chairs for 8. There is an outside shower and a BBQ for your enjoyment. The terrace is totally private and is not over looked. There are splendid views of mountains from this terrace. This villa also offers free full size table tennis table with bats and balls included for your use. The owners live within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise. Linen Change Towels and linen change weekly. The Resort: This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the south west resort of Callao Salvaje in the Adeje municipality. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some particularly nice restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. The villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy resort Las Americas including the excellent beaches of Del Duque. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club.
