Great Manhattan location - just 1/2 block from the 2/3 Express Train - a 10 minute train ride to Times Square, 34th Street, the Theater District, and Columbus Circle. The apartment is walking distance to Central Park, Museum Mile, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and shopping. Train runs directly to Chelsea, Tribeca, and Greenwich Village. There is a $300 Deposit for nightly/weekly rentals. And $500 deposit for monthly rentals. Pets are Considered and that there is a $200 Pet Fee per pet and an additional Pet Deposit is required. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Please also note that Special Events and parties are not allowed. Treat our home as if it were your own!
