Bed linens, towels, and an initial supply of soap and paper goods are provided. Guest Access The apartment is just 1/2 block from the 2/3 Express Train - a 10 minute train ride to Times Square, 34th Street, the Theater District, and Lincoln Center. Train runs directly to Chelsea, Tribeca, and Greenwich Village. The apartment is walking distance to Central Park, Museum Row, Upper West Side, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Other Things to Note Beautiful, modern apartment overlooking lovely Garden Area. There is a $300 Deposit for nightly/weekly rentals. And $500 deposit for monthly rentals. Pets are considered - there is a $200 Pet Fee per pet and an additional Pet Deposit required. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Please also note that Special Events and parties are not allowed.
