Villa Penelope is located in Protaras and is a well-equipped Cypriot style holiday home with three bedrooms offering privacy, air-conditioning throughout, nice outdoor space with a covered pergola, the closest beach is just 600 meters walking distance from the villa, all amenities are within walking distance Outside the villa offers a mature garden with a 12-meter swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor furnishings, covered seating and dining area with table and 6 chairs, BBQ and off-road parking. The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining area, the kitchen benefits from a wide range of electrical appliances including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, generous living space and a guest w/c, the garden is accessible via the patio doors. The dining area has a table complete with 6 chairs and a comfortable living area, a large flat-screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels and wifi throughout the villa. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with an en-suite master bedroom with a double bed which leads on to a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, all bedrooms have wardrobe space, bedside tables and share the family bathroom.
