Sunbreeze Villa at Watersong

Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home is located on an exclusive gated resort in Davenport and might be just the place for your next holiday to the Sunshine State.

Sunbreeze is a wonderful retreat surrounded by lush woodlands on the exclusive gated community of Watersong in Davenport, Florida. Our home has a formal living room and dining area, with an open plan kitchen and Family Room at the rear of the home looking out over the pool. 5 bedrooms are furnished with 3 US King size beds and 6 twin beds; bedroom 4 has two twins ; and bedroom 5 has two sets of bunk beds for our younger Disney fans under 12 yrs old. We also have Pack ‘N’ Play, highchair, baby gates and strollers for toddlers and babies in your party. The games room is well equipped with air-hockey, snooker, electronic arcade game, xBox, cable TV and darts too.

Outdoor life is spectacular ...... it’s the perfect place to watch wildlife by the lake while relaxing on the extended south facing deck, splashing in the pool or just soaking up the sun. Your children’s safety is important to us; we therefore have both child safety fence and alarmed doors to the Pool area.

Our guests will enjoy the security of being on a resort which has a manned gated entrance 24 hours per day with facilities, free of charge. Why not have a try at beach volley ball, or maybe half hour in the gym, while the children use the children’s playground and picnic area. The clubhouse is available to use and guests are welcome to join in with any activities taking place. The beautiful sun terrace and zero entry pool not forgetting the separate spa are great for socialising with other guests staying in the community.

Disney fans will be pleased to know their favourite characters are just 20-25 minutes, Universal 30-35 minutes also Legoland 45 minutes.

There are numerous world class championship courses are within 20 minutes drive, nearest Golf & Country Club is just a few minute’s drive.
